Orchestrated by Marcus Hamblett, Kopek are an inspired post-rock collective from Brighton UK.

Musically, Kopek are a delicate and mesmerising band that blend the percussive ideals of Tortoise with the intricate and textural guitar harmonies of Earth and the electronic creativeness of Matmos. Live the band fluctuates between solo shows comprising multi-layered guitars and drum lines, to full live shows with drums, clarinets, violins, and flutes, all the time beautifully balanced against Marcus' progressive and hollowed yet captivating vocal.

"Delicate vocals and infectious melodies, this may be the perfect four-track EP for those with a sweet tooth. The excellently mixed track listing means that the twee balance is just right, a necessity as we all know what happens when you intake too much sugar. You get the jitters." – The Line of Best Fit
